Emerson inspired band reaches for new heights and succeeds.
Circles was inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s poem of the same title about the perfection of Nature. This album comes very close to achieving that perfection. Ever-present hazy distortion and synth hooks are punctuated by guitar solos that seem to reach for the Heavens. The indiscernible astral-wimp vocals add another air of mystery to the album.
