The Belle Game – Ritual Tradition Habit

Mesmerizing vocals abound on this album

Ritual Tradition Habit is the debut full-length album from the Dark Pop band The Belle Game from Vancouver.  Andrea Lo’s vocals are mesmerizing throughout the entire album. “River” is the one I would probably pick as the single from this album. It has great vocal work as well as some really good lyrics.  “Wait Up For You” has a haunting sound that really sucks you in and doesn’t have a thought of letting you go.  “In Secrets” starts off light and mellow but includes a strong presence by Lo and the rest of the band.  “Keeps Me Up At Night” has a strong sound and lyrics that showcase the strengths of the band as a whole.  As a whole the album is top notch and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for the future.
