- Love In An Elevator: Aerosmith – If there is a cutie patootie in the elevator with you then this is the perfect track to daydream to.
- Hellevator: Stray Kids – Imagine it’s the middle of August and you get trapped in a Strong Hall elevator. That is literally hell.
- Doses and Mimosas: Cherub – A fun and upbeat song that will keep your mood high while you’re in a tragic situation.
- Escape (The Pina Colada Song): Rupert Holmes – It’s for the irony mostly, but this is also a chill song to help you remember the best movie ever made, Grown Ups!
- Eleanor Rigby: The Beatles – This is just a solid song so on the off chance that you don’t make it out of that elevator…this is a good song to go out to.
- American Pie: Don Mclean – A long song for the long time you’ll spend in that elevator! You’ll know the lyrics to all 8 and a half minutes by the time you get rescued.
- Mirrors: Justin Timberlake – I asked my friend Kaidence what song she would put and she said “Mirrors cause they play it at work [Dutch Bros] all the time and it’s so long.” Trust me you’ll be trapped in that elevator for a while.
- Skyfall: Adele – This song is super ominous and I feel like it fits the setting really well
- Die Young: Kesha – Another self explanatory one. Like imagine plunging down the elevator shaft listening to this diva!! What a way to go out!
- Any KU Fight Song – If I am going to go down in a KU elevator, I would love to be singing Rock Chalk and swaying with my fellow hawks <3
