David Byrne and Annie Clarke (otherwise known as St. Vincent) are pretty much indie royalty at this point so it only seems fitting that they would team up for an album. Whenever someone hears about a collaboration of this magnitude, there\u2019s always that feeling that there will be no way the album could possibly live up to the hype. However, I am glad to say that <em>Love This Giant<\/em> is as every bit as good as it\u2019s been built up to be. Songs like the leading track \u201cWho\u201d are just really fun and David Byrne hasn\u2019t sounded this good in years. Annie Clark really brought the best out in Byrne for this album. Another interesting note is the amount of brass that is used on this album. As a huge fan of horns, I welcomed this development with open arms.
