Some of the tracks, “Fire Shuffle” (1) have a nice eastern European sounding beat, similar to that of Gogol Bordello. But then there are songs like “Amplifier Hum” (5) with a melody that sound like it could be heard in a Middle Eastern restaurant while eating shawrma.

Recommended: 1, 3, 4, 5 (5 is real cool)
RIYL: mewithoutYou, Gogol Bordello, creepy French music
Do Not Play: None

Katie Barrett reviewed this album on Oct. 30, 2012

[3230,181
1372,1373
post-18159","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-new-music-rotation","category-rock-rotation","tag-alec-k-redfearn-and-the-eyesores","tag-sister-death
["GET
