His unique brand of pop music has been developing record to record, strengthening in confidence and purpose with each release. This is now the most mature Toro Y Moi record to date, in many ways, though I\u2019m not certain that it is the absolute best overall. It\u2019s funky, soulful, and full of great beats and samples.
