After a ridiculously long wait in between albums, the masters of shoe gaze My Bloody Valentine return with M B V. This album will inevitably be compared to their classic 1991 one album, \u201cLoveless\u201d, and when stacked up against such a giant of an album it is not as good. However, when judged on its own merits the album holds up well. The first half has a strong \u201cLoveless\u201d vibe so for those who were expecting another \u201cLoveless\u201d will be satisfied by those tracks. For those who wanted something different, the second half provides the most logical step forward that a fan could ask for.
