Though he only plays acoustic guitar for 3 tracks and the keyboard for 5, his song writing ability is as top notch as it was in the 70\u2019s. While he may have lost some range; his vocals are just as unique and critical to his music as before. \u2018Dirty Boys\u2019 contains a killer baritone sax line and has a very strong modern Tom Waits feel to it. \u2018Stars (Are Out Tonight)\u2019 is the diamond of this album with its popish lyrical composition, mad bass beat and catchy vocals. \u2018Where Are We Now?\u2019 is very slow and gives off a relaxed reflective vibe. \u2018Valentine\u2019s Day,\u2019 which is about a school shooting, is one of the most appealing and instrumentally addictive songs of the album. Overall, this is one of the best albums of 2013. Though I initially doubted how good this would, Bowie has proved to be the man, and proves to be one of the greatest artists of all time.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>RIYL<\/strong>: David Freakin\u2019 Bowie.
