Basically if your show is lacking some groove or dance ability then this is the album for you. Most all of the tracks feature David Byrne style vocals and spacey synthesizers. These guys enjoy making disco style grooves fresh and relevant. “Make Space” track 6 has an intensified disco groove, slightly strained vocals and a pulsing energy. “Movements” track 2 and “Love is a Phase” track 4 have a somewhat slower melody with dreamy vocals but the bass is still groovin’. This album is cool and funky and will get our listeners movin’. This could liven up even the dullest of days.

Recommended tracks: 1, 2!, 6, 4, 5

RIYL: The Talking Heads, LCD Soundsystem, Hot Chip, Cut Copy

Label: Innovative Leisure

Release: April 2014

Reviewed by Emilie Stafford

[3230,181
2276,539,2038,11
post-29219","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-new-music-rotation","category-rock-rotation","tag-de-lux","tag-electronic-music","tag-emilie-stafford","tag-new-music-rotation
["GET
