Traditions and Earth Day.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Native Andean instruments playing modern music like rock, fusion and techno<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Amado Espinoza can play up to 40 instruments from all around the globe and up to 5 instruments at the same time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Amado and his talented wife Karen Lisondra (actress\/director\/educator\/yogini) will present an amazing performance to celebrate Andean traditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Goals: t<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">o re-dignify native instruments within the scope of modern music for listeners of every culture to experience and enjoy, t<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">o transmit through the native instruments different cultural values, t<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">o use the power of music to impulse students to embrace (or return to) the cultural heritage of their ancestors and of others, while sharing a unique way to keep their traditions alive within our modern individuality, and t<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">o share the richness of his Andean traditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">More info: As the director of an indigenous instrument museum (Foundation Luis Ernesto de los Andes Marikina, Bolivia) Amado spent years collecting and studying the history and interpretation of these instruments.\u00a0 \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><i>To play these instruments is to keep memories alive, to acknowledge the wealth of knowledge of our ancestors, their rites, rituals and communities, and travel over time and space to connect with the lands and the cultures from which these instruments came.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">After an unfortunate fire took these instruments as offering to the earth, Amado began a new stage in his
