Luckily for us, his reality is filled with lush electronic soundscapes that pull weird elements of our pop culture reality and combine them in a way that is fresh and addicting. Just look at some of these track names, “Fro Yo and Cellular Bits”, “Condo Pets”, and “Palm Trees, Wi-Fi and Dream Sushi”. Get ready to have your way of life attacked by beautiful art, it’s almost more offensive.
It is easy to tell when listening to this album that James F is brilliant because many of his last EPs had 2 or 3 songs all over 16 minutes in length. This LP covers the same amount of time in 16 songs making it much easier to digest piece by piece but makes you realize how important this is to listen to all the way through at the same time. Your ears will thank you.

Reviewed by: Zack Marsh on November 3, 2011

RIYL: bubbly acid music, modern jazz, “SIMS” samples

Recommended Tracks: 3(only 1:50 though), 11, 13, 2, 8

FCC Warning: Nope

Label: Hippos in Tanks

Release Date: Oct. 24, 2011

[3230,181
448,341
post-4278","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-new-music-rotation","category-rock-rotation","tag-james-ferraro","tag-zack-marsh
["GET
