Black Magic Moments\u00a0is a very lonely and unsettling EP. The interesting sounds of the band are taken to another level with a 60’s retro theme. The instruments\u00a0and vocals are drawn out to give a feeling of isolation. While the 60’s vibe is there, it doesn’t sound like this album was recorded in the 60’s but rather The Bad Signs found an abandoned studio from the 60’s to record\u00a0Black Magic Moments.<\/p>\n

The first four tracks are the EP themselves, with three live tracks. Honestly, there isn’t a bad track on\u00a0Black Magic Moments,\u00a0however, if you just want to dip your toes into this “goth country” scene, start with “Blue Love” and “Love Lock.”
