Adding these songs to the clips simply makes me go \u201chey&#8230;that\u2019s super neat&#8230;wow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Iconic: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Bad Enough For You&#8221; by All Time Low with \u201cDetention Dance\u201d scene from \u201cThe Breakfast Club.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I actually stumbled upon this mashup a couple of years ago and never had a use for it until now, so I give you this work of art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"360\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 640 \/ 360;\" width=\"640\" controls src=\"https:\/\/kjhk.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Bad-Enough-For-You-Breakfast-club.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Twist Ending: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOn A High Ledge\u201d by Boston Manor with the closing scene from \u201cNow You See Me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This scene <em>immediately <\/em>popped into my head when this album dropped last year. The carousel choreography and the eerie intense vibe of the song make for one super cool combination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"360\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 640 \/ 360;\" width=\"640\" controls src=\"https:\/\/kjhk.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/On-A-High-Ledge-Now-You-See-Me.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Childhood Favorite:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRocket\u201d by The Wanted with both \u201cFalcor Flight\u201d scenes from \u201cThe Neverending Story.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will be completely honest, this movie slips into my subconscious far too often. I watched it so much growing up so it doesn\u2019t make sense that I forget about it all the time. But upon rewatching these scenes, I knew this song would be the perfect fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/kjhk.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Falcors-Flights-Rocket-The-Wanted.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Punch To The GUT: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Stigma (Boys Don\u2019t Cry)\u201d by As It Is with Dally\u2019s Death scene from \u201cThe Outsiders.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only does this song contextually fit this scene due to the toxic masculinity that RADIATED from these characters, but the moment we see Dally truly break that mold is what breaks the mold for the other characters. I bawled when I read this part of the book in middle school and it still makes me emotional to this day. Adding this song just made it that much more emotional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"360\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 640 \/ 360;\" width=\"640\" controls src=\"https:\/\/kjhk.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/yt1s.com-The-Outsiders-Dallys-Death.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">One that&#8217;s not mine<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHolding Out For a Hero\u201d by Bonnie Tyler with the final battle in \u201cThor: Ragnarok.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I didn\u2019t think of this one and I am so mad that I didn\u2019t.
