The documentary follows America Patton and his work to restore the legacy of Kansas City\u2019s redlined Quindaro district through the music and philosophy of his acclaimed father, Rufus Harley, a jazz legend. Join us for appetizers, live music, a film screening, and an interview with America Patton and the directors moderated by KPR\u2019s Kaye McIntyre. Let\u2019s celebrate local jazz together Saturday, February 10, from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Woodruff Auditorium in the Kansas Union.
