As part of the station’s 40th anniversary celebrations, KJHK will be hosting alumni DJs for free-form shifts on Friday, April 22, 2016 and Sunday, April 24, 2016. KJHK’s Alumni Reunion will happen from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 at Frank’s North Star Tavern in north Lawrence. After the get-together we’ll head to The Bottleneck to check out KJHK’s Farmers’ Ball finals. You can RSVP for the alumni reunion here.
Want to see the new studios, but don’t want to DJ? We’ll update this page and the KJHK Alumni Facebook Group soon with information about studio tours over the alumni weekend.
Just a note: We’ve got a couple of alumni parties and special events happening on Saturday, April 23, and will be sticking with regularly scheduled, student-run programming on that day. We hope to see you at the alumni reunion celebration and Farmers’ Ball Finals on Saturday!
