Ed Hale and The Transcendence: “All Your Heroes Become Villains”

Unique rock music comes from all angles.

All Your Heroes Become Villains is a stylistically unique album filled with surprises to keep the listeners on their toes. Ed Hale and the Transcendence combined elements of symphonic style rock, lush piano playing, electronica and even on occasions hard rock to create a listening experience that’s unlike much of what is out there in music today. Tracks like “Solaris” and “After Tomorrow” really showcase Ed Hale’s voice, which could be mistaken for David Bowie in some instances. The closest band that I could think of that matches what Ed Hale and The Transcendence in sound would be Muse, but even then are not that similar. I would definitely recommend giving this a listen, you will be in for a unique experience no matter what.
