Bloom by Blue False Indigo is nothing short of an emotional journey. Blue False Indigo is a local band from Springfield, Missouri consisting of three female members and a male drummer. They have a classic folk sound mixed with unique aspects that is sure to set them apart.
The instrumentation within Bloom consists of cello, guitar, vocal, drums, and keyboard. It is based on a layering of hypnotic harmonies mixed both with voices and instruments.
The lyrics within this album seem to be depicting some type of break up as we progress through each song and show the different aspect of each step to work through. The lyrics and the music on “Wild Eyes” in particular captivat your attention and keep you wanting more. Blue Falso Indigo is perfect for those looking for a truly talented local artist or for those who enjoy folk music in general.
