Are you already burnt out this semester? Are you in need of a good cry? Here is a list of songs to cry to that are different than what you may expect. Don’t fret, I am a genius journalist, so I have already cried to all of the songs on this list <3! Happy sobbing y’all!!
- I Cry: Flo Rida, I once walked to class freshman year with the worst migraine and cried the whole time while bumping this, 10/10 cry session
- Who’s the Bat (Man): Patrick Stump, I was super emotional one night and turned on The Lego Batman Movie to try and feel better…then started violently sobbing when this song came on, I cannot tell you why I was crying, but I think it was stress
- I’m N Luv (Wit a Stripper): T-Pain, Cried to this while walking home from a job interview that I bombed, don’t worry, I am employed now, so no harm, no foul ;P
- Back That Azz Up: Juvenile, I was on my period and went to Walmart to get this one very specific food that I was craving, and they didn’t have any. I cried on my drive back home while this and Boosie Badazz songs played in the background
- History Maker: Dean Fujioka, This is the theme song to the anime, Yuri On Ice!!, if y’all have seen the anime, you know why I was sobbing my little 14-year-old heart out
- ANTHEM: iKON, Guys, I need you to listen to this song cause it is truly an insane one to cry to, but I was thinking about how iKON is disbanded and started crying while listening to peak
- HOT: Daddy Yankee & Pitbull, 1-2-3-4 5-6-7-8 over and over, it was 2 am when I sobbed to this song <3
- Sin Wagon: The Chicks, I was trying to learn the line dance for this song…it was a nightmare
- Fuyunohanashi: Given, Watch Given. I cry every time I see the MV, and have since I first saw it my freshman year of high school (this song is also from an anime)
