Real Estate’s “Real” good album.
The second release for Real Estate is both lazy and fun for those who enjoy the upbeat, yet somehow mellow sort of tunes. Not to mention just about every song has its own custom, built-in jam session or is a jam session in and of itself (take track “Kinder Blumen” for example). This album is consistent and entirely cohesive, but never boring.
