This reminds me of Paddy Whack, an album we recently had in rotation. The album is very laid back and synth-heavy. A few of the songs have solo instrument intros but most of it is still based on synth and drums. The singing matches perfectly with the tone of the must and is adequately mixed as to not steal the show. This is a pretty solid album. By far the best tracks are 3 and 5 but play all the others.
