1.) Blood Orange – Angel’s Pulse

Diverging in several senses from previous works, like Negro Swan, Angel’s Pulse is an eclectic “mix-tape” of sorts, featuring a plethora of collaborators. Nonetheless, the album is full of the same poignant lyricism and careful deliberation which characterizes Blood Orange’s past discography.

2.) Horse Jumper of Love – So Divine

So Divine is the Boston trio Horse Jumper of Love’s sophomore album, following their self-titled debut in 2016. Lead singer Dimitri Giannopoulos describes many of the songs on the album as sprouting from “very specific little memories that, for some reason or another, have stuck in [his] mind.”
