KJHK’s Queer Talk is a weekly talk show that showcases the many queer artists, activists, and musicians of Lawrence. Hosted by DJ Raibread and DJ Big Cheddah, the show airs Tuesdays from 6 to 8 PM, but if you miss an episode, you can now stream it on Spotify and other major podcast platforms! Recent episodes with drag king Johnny Diablo and drag thing Zoey Xenon are now available to stream, and new episodes will be added (almost) every week.

When asked about the show, DJ Raibread shared:

“I just really love Queer Talk because I’ve always known I was a part of the community, no matter what label I had, because of the people I grew up around, even in a small town. It shows me that community is so important, and that Lawrence is incredibly lucky to have such a big one full of others who help and care for one another so deeply. Queer Talk makes me so happy because we’re able to interact with the community in ways I hadn’t before, and it gives us a chance to platform so many people in a unique way.”
