On November 5 Yung Gravy took his “Voluptuous Voyage” tour to Uptown Theater in Kansas City, MIssouri.
Throughout the entire show he consistently interacted with his fans–he was given a Royals jersey with “Gravy” embroidered on the back, had his tour manager cook pancakes on stage and throw them into the crowd, brought his girlfriend Ari Kytsya on stage at the crowd’s request–and even talked about the KU v. K-State rivalry, “What were you guys chanting during Mr. Brightside?” “Is KU the purple school or the bird school?”
The concert felt like a party and although I was unfamiliar with his music going into the show, I’d definitely attend if he’s in town again.
