Lo-fi Indie Gods third album this year!!
This is the third album that Guided By Voices have released this year so it appears that their reunion is going quite well. Robert Pollard has been known for his prolific releases these past few years, having released two solo albums last year as well. He seems to be an endless well of songwriting and that is something to be admired, especially considering how good their latest album is. If you’ve been missing the sound of lo-fi alternative that bands like Pavement and GBV brought in the 90s, than this is the perfect album for you. Full of catchy power pop-like hooks and blistering guitar, GBV’s latest album is sure to be an album that satisfied any fan of 90s alt music.
